Once the customer raises the refund request within 3 days from the date of goods received, for which the customer has to state the “Reason for Return”. We are liable to accept return request only for the reasons stated below:

The customer will be informed about the "Approval/Rejection" of the replacement request. If the reason is valid, the customer shall be required to return the product to DAILOMAA and only after the return of the product shall DAILOMAA be obliged to provide the replacement product to the customer. In case the replacement product is not available, DAILOMAA will provide a refund to the customer and the customer shall be obligated to accept the refund instead of the replacement.
